We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a PCP, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients, demonstrating expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care while fostering strong patient-doctor relationships.
Personal Physicians Care is a family-owned primary care practice in South Florida with locations in Delray Beach, Pompano, and Hallandale. We provide personalized, high-quality care using a holistic approach. With expertise in population health, we have three owned locations and a top-rated Hedis 5-star office. We provide a wide range of multidisciplinary services to enhance patient care. Our in-house resources include a Pulmonary Specialist offering Pulmonary Function Tests and Spirometry, as well as two Endocrinologists specializing in weight loss and diabetes. Our state-of-the-art location is equipped with in-house Digital X-ray, Bone Density, and an Osha Regulated Lab.
We are also proud to be affiliated with local universities, offering Preceptorship opportunities for future graduates. Our dedicated care team consists of doctors, advanced practice professionals, pharmacists, care managers, quality-based coders, and referral coordinators, among others. Through a collaborative team approach, we provide comprehensive training, support staff, and analytics to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Your primary responsibility is to provide the highest quality patient care in a population health environment, leveraging data informatics to inform your practice. This includes comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, as well as effectively managing patient health records and utilizing evidence-based medicine. Your expertise and dedication will play a critical role in improving patient outcomes and promoting overall wellness within our practice.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a current and unrestricted active medical license in the state of Florida. Additionally, they should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities with both colleagues and patients. Providing superior patient and customer service is a fundamental requirement for this role.
